How to Order
- Browse ShopReverie.com for your favorite items.
- Select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart".
- Click "Shopping Cart" at anytime to view or update cart contents.
- Click "Update" if you've made any changes in your cart.
- Select "Checkout" once you are ready to process your order.
- You'll be prompted to sign in or create an account if you are a new customer. You may choose NOT to create an account, however you'll be required to enter your billing and shipping information to checkout.
- Once you're signed it or entered the required shipping information, you'll be directed to "Payment & Shipping Information".
- Select the preferred method of shipping. Click "Get new total" for total amount due. You may also enter discount codes, add a gift message or comments here. Click "Continue" to procced to "Order Confirmation".
- At "Order Confirmation" verify billing and delivery address. Click "Confirm Order" when you are done. You'll be directed to Paypal to complete checkout.

Payment
Paypal is our preferred method of payment. Paypal is free and provides a secure payment method for online transactions. Your financial information is encrypted online and will never be seen by anyone but you. You do not have to create an account with Paypal to make payment. You are only required to provide a vaild credit card number and email address to pay.
At Checkout, click "Confirm Order" to pay. The link will direct you to Paypal's secure payment site. Confirm that payment is made out to shopreverie@gmail.com and enter the required information to complete payment. For more information about Paypal, please click here.

Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, please allow up to 7 business days for order fulfilment. You'll receive an email once order is shipped. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are calculated real-time by USPS based on weight and shipping destination. Please refer to the tables below for an overview of estimated shipping charges:
Insurance is available on a per request basis. Please email us for rates prior to checkout.

Returns & Exchange
Due to the handmade nature of our accessories, all sales are final. However, should your item arrive damaged, we'll be happy to provide complimentary repair or issue an exchange or store credit.
Please email us at customerservice@shopreverie.com with the subject "Damaged Returns - Order ID" within 5 days of receiving your order and indicate your preference for a repair or store credit. Returns made without prior notification may not be processed. All damaged returns must be accompanied with a return postage in its original packaging within 28 days from its shipping date. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsibility of the customer. Store credits will apply once damaged item is received.
Please note that returns, exchange and store credits do not apply to earrings, sales and customized pieces.

Shop Reverie LLC is required to collect sales tax on orders delivered to the State of Georgia, USA. We do not charge sales tax to orders shipped to other destinations.

We'll be happy to customize jewelry for any occasion - birthdays, weddings, prom, etc. Just drop us an email 2-3 months before your big date and we'll work something out!

Jewelry Care
Unless otherwise stated, most chains and ear hooks are made with 14K gold-filled metal and sterling silver. Always store our lovely pieces separately in the ziplock bag that comes with it. Clean jewelry with a polish cloth or 100% cotton. You may wash them with mild liquid soap and warm water. Never soak jewelry in water. Do take note to rinse completely and dry thoroughly before storing jewelry. Always apply perfume, lotion, makeup and hairspray before you wear your jewelry.
